I weighed myself on Boxing Day morning and topped the scales at 241 lbs. I drew a red line at that (literally, I keep my daily spreadsheet and I marked that entry red). Since then I have gone back to counting calories, using FS's recommended figures, and also 16:8 (though this has been more by circumstance than design). I decided that until I had lost a stone (I actually want to get to 223 which is less than 16 stone) I would not open any of the nice sweets, biscuits, or malt whisky I received for Christmas. So far things are going fine.
