I'd like to preface with...My hubby is super dedicated. About five years ago he lost 150 lbs! He has kept it off and exercises regularly. He ran his first marathon this past year. Anyway, so he deserves a cheat day here and there. it sure is hard though, to be "good" when he is eating everything in the house! I'm proud of myself. I only went 49 calories over my goal for today.
