I am unable to log dinner tonight because I wouldn't know how to start. Hubby and I had a wonderful meal with my co-worker. We went to a local restaurant and she treated us to an authentic Korean dinner. There was so much food and it all tasted absolutely wonderful. I've eaten there before, but the food was Canadianized. Since my co-worker is Korean and she is good friends with the owner, we had the privilege of getting a meal that was truly Korean. I ate more than I usually would, but I was by no means over-full. Now that I am home and changed into my "comfy" pants, I'm going to call it an evening, settle in and enjoy a glass of wine with the love of my life.
