Third day and I am positive that I have lost close to two lbs. My pants are feeling a looser already. WOOO HOOO! I am following the diet 100% and feel great. I am adjusting to the eating schedule well. I have also been working out according to the books instructions, although my cardio on off days is more intense than what the book prescribes. I had so much energy last night that it was hard for me to get to sleep! Maybe that is a sign that my metabolism is speeding up. In any event ... all is going well.
