Lost a pound, hurrah, perhaps all the running and swimming is paying off. Time to measure up:
41.5 - down 1/2" from last week (42.5 - down 1/2" from last week) 38 - up 1/2" from last week - how?? 44 - the same 13.25 - down .25 from last week 24 - same as last week
So it's working on my hips and chubbiest part, but my waist and boobs aren't seeing any positive impact. Stronger measures may be necessary!
I've been swimming 2 - 3 times per week and have started my couch to 5k programme, just starting week two and beginning to remember how much I love to run - I had no idea how much I'd missed it and how great it makes me feel. Come on 5k!!
