mars2kids's Journal, 02 May 12

I am so tired today. Yawn.... All night I was either thinking about stupid things that I need to get done, or I was having crazy dreams. Have you ever had those dreams that make you think your subconcious is trying to tell you something? Well, I wasn't having those dreams, it was more just silly, stupid things. Maybe my subconcious is telling me that I'm going crazy... Hmmmmm.... No, I think I'm just tired.
The puppy is getting better at sleeping through the night and I usually have to wake him up around 5 a.m. to go out, so that's good. I wish my hubby would get up with him on at least one of his nights off, but he just won't. Even if he did, he wouldn't wait for him to be done, he'd just put him out the door and the puppy would sit there and whine at him. Then, I'd be cleaning messes up off the floor, so I guess I'll just stick with it.
It's going to be a long day today and nothing exciting is going on, so I hope I don't fall asleep at my desk. :)

I know those nights when your brain just can't give up on thinking and the only sleeping that's allowed isn't very deep with weird dreams. I has one of those a day ago too. Train your husband to do the right thing with the puppy. He's just doing it so that you assume that he's no capable of letting the dog out and you will have to do you yourself every time!! We have 2 dogs and they're pretty good about letting us know when they need to go. I always make sure they go right before I leave for work (BF leaves much earlier and pups are still sleeping), and BF is in charge of letting them out when he comes back home, and then again before bed. It's sooooo convenient to have a fenced yard, so that we don't have to walk them on a leash, or stay outside with them when they're doing their business. Works especially great when they ask for a potty break in the middle of the night :)
