Hate having my period and dieting.. so hard!! I am sticking strong though. The scale is my enemy as of right now though, I know it's water retention.. but is still so damn depressing when those lbs are still there!!

Yeah I was having my period at the time I cheated and I was SSOOO gutted that I did as Im trying to break the emotional eating during that time. Your doing so well though so dont be too hard on yourself before you know it u will feel great again! This diet is flipping fantastic :D Hold in there chicky.... maybe you should measure by inch instead of lb during these times? just a thought
