Second day on the diet and I think I have lost a half of a pound:) Just joking, all I know is that I have not gained any weight. So far it has been great! I was never hungry as long as I ate on schedule for the first day. In fact it felt as if I were eating more than ever!I am following the plan outlined in the book very close and I love the theory for which the diet is based. I am also following the workout program from day one, being that I have been a moderate exerciser before starting the workout.
