Didn't weigh in today, was at the hospital with my dad, had to admit him last night for pneumonia. Ate at midnight, so didn't feel like weighing in. Have been watching what I eat for the most part. I did have a little bit of an "eating" day over the weekend. Worked out at the gym 3 x last week (2 with the trainer). So, I guess I am doing okay.
