Saturday's overeating was a result of my poor decision to not eat an actual dinner on Friday. They were serving lots of appetizers and since i did not know how bad the appetizers were, I only ate a few and suck it up for the next day. Now I know to make sure I at least eat something hardy after.
123.0 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 59.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
