I am focusing on losing fat this week, but of course I found something new to obsess about. Staying in ketosis. I keep thinking that I am going to "kick myself out" of ketosis, but from my research that isn't necessarily true. I want to stay in a fat adapted stage because that is what I have been noticing. I am really happy with this way of eating because I am losing fat in places that I never thought possible. I have had saddle bags forever and now they are slowly going away. It is hard to believe that I am steadily progressing.
