FINALLLLY!!!! Only 5 lbs away from my Weight Watchers goal! I changed my workout routine this week drastically from my daily 5 mile 1+ hour RUN to: a combination cardio of 30 minutes stair climber, 20 minutes eliptical, and 10 minutes of bike and my usual 20 minutes combo circuit traning. Phewwww,,, That stair climing is T-O-U-G-H! I'v also been eating a lot of fresh Sea food and Veggie Stir fry this week to help fill me up before bedtime wich is my hungriest time of the day after my workouts.
