Okay, so I've restarting my diet (Atkins). I've updated my weight and my short term goal of losing approximiately 40 lbs by November 2, my wedding day. I've done Atkins before and it works very well for me. My progress was slow and steady and even though I didn't see the scale move all the time I constantly noticed changes in clothing sizes. So here I am ready to get serious and meet my goal. I know I can do it!
