Happy Wednesday!! It is a beautiful day here in the N GA mountains. I walked a little over a mile yesterday up and down the hill that is our driveway. I'm not sore so that is wonderful. I do still have this awful headache. Not sure what to do about it at this point. Very frustrating. It keeps me from sleeping it is so bad. I sure hope it will go away. I think I'm eating properly. It is hard to log home cooked meals with multiple ingredients
