Quiet Journal Day.
Nice low weigh in today, two days after cheat day. 228.2 to start the week, thats exciting. I have been feeling crappy because my weight loss in April has sucked. Easter threw me off. I have been trying pretty hard for the most part, and it is a plateueueu. Anyway, I will stay focused and keep going.
I have a goal of 220 by end of April, not gonna make it. Or highly unlikely, who knows. I did good to get down to 230 by end of March.
Shopped first thing in the AM with Wife. Just did an intense bike ride while she went to aerobics. Now for a healthy lunchtime.
