It is a wonderful Tuesday. I'm in the mountains and loving the weather. My boyfriend cooked a wonderful meal last night. Steak, stuffed mushrooms French onion soup and sautéed onions peppers and mushrooms. I logged it the best I could. It was wonderful and I think was keto friendly. I'm feeling so much better but still having awful headaches. Oh well. Even with that I feel good so I'm not complaining. I woke up to bacon frying so I know I will have a keto friendly morning. Michael has been reading my cookbook so I expect the rest of the day will be good as well. I am such a lucky girl.
