Bought some mct oil, pink salt and magnesium citrate today at the health food store. Hope this all helps. I found that some meat mixed into the birds eye mashed cauliflower w/ extra butter has pretty good results when I log it and is very easy to prepare and tasty and filling.

The difficulty seems to be getting the fat grams but not going over with calories. But I know I will figure all this out. I've been reading the meal plans in my cookbook and hopefully that will help.

How many fat grams are you trying to consume each day? I am not doing low carb/high fat diet - per my doctor (plus I don't want to!). I usually have avocado and either walnuts or almonds (around 2 tablespoons) and those are good fats. I also use olive oil when I stir fry.

I think the calculator I used said 105 fat. I am doing the keto diet which is low carb/high fat. When I do just low carb I do lose weight but it is so slow that it take a couple months to lose a pound. I am hoping this WOE will push me into a decent weight loss.

I couldn't have 105 fat grams without gaining weight (I'm sure I could eat that many in potato chips!) so I understand why you say it's hard to get the fat grams you need without exceeding the calories. There are lots (and lots and lots!) of people on keto who post on here so I'm sure they can give you pointers on that.
