Slowly getting myself back into fasting.. stopped as I needed more meds and had to eat with them, so broke my fast with salami
Took my little daughter to a tearoom while older daughter was at German tutor .. I had 3 cups of tea with 30ml whole milk while she had a big hot choc and yummy cake 🎉
Cooked chicken korma at home last night, stayed within macros for carbs, but ate a bigger portion than usual, until I wasn't hungry.. but totally avoided the rice, homemade naan and poppadums🎉, so quite pleased with myself 😁
Homemade pork and beef meatballs tonight and roast beef tomorrow
Then back on the fasting after Sunday dinner I have a plan!!
