Started a new blog...check it out:
lo-carb vegetarian ain't an oxymoronDiet was good yesterday. But exercise was missing. Just didn't feel like it. Dunno how I'm gonna get back to the gym...feel tired of pushing my body all over again!
Meals yesterday:
Brunch: Cream of mushroom soup prepared at home (cream and 1/4 onion, butter, mushrooms, cayenne, broth)
coffee with cream and 3 splenda
Dinner: Tofu italiano (1/4 tofu at 1.5 carbs, oil, red pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, basil, red pepper flakes)
Roasted eggplant with dried parmesan and dried garlic
Overall: carbs content 12-13 carbsWeight did a nice drop this morning. Those atkins bars were definitely the stallers...need to push this weight loss even more by adding in exercise!!!!!
YAY, I'm in the GREEN ZONE again!!! Please don't let me leave and go back to YELLOW!!!!
