OK, so I've messed around enough and it's past time to get back on the band wagon! I want to lose 40lbs by November and I think this is a reasonable goal. What do I have to do????? Get my body back to Zumba and the gym!!!! Oh it's so easy to get lazy and let time slip away, but as of right now NO MORE. Good, bad, or ugly I will weigh in every week, and I WILL get myself back on a regular exercise schedule! Got to do it for me...not just the wedding but for me!!!
