Last night I was a terrible eater. My hubby didn't want to cook, the kids were gone, and I was tired and had a headache, so I gave in to eating out. I shouldn't have ordered fries because for one I didn't need them, and for another I don't even like them that much, but it sure didn't stop me from eating them. Then I was eating chocolate. I don't know what was wrong with me, other than not feeling good, I just wanted to eat yesterday. I did well all day until supper time, then that went out the window. Oh well, I can't dwell on yesterday because today is a new day. I know I can eat better today and stay more within my limits. It seems like on the days I don't workout I want to eat more than on the days I do workout, maybe it's because I have more energy on my workout days.
