Well today I tried something new. I go to work at 6:30, lunch is at 10:15 and dinner is at 6:00. It seems that the gap between lunch and dinner is too far apart. So today instead of having breakfast before work I had breakfast at lunch time. When I got home at 2:15 I had lunch and dinner at 6:20. Much better, I wasn't starving! E#xercise is not going so well! I need to get into a routine!
