Well I weighed in and I lost nothing. I am not eating enough calories and should add a little more carbs to my diet. I decided to eat more and try and get the scales to move again. I am back to exercising and thought I was eating right. I started getting light-headed and went to the doctor to have it checked out. According to him I should be eating alot more calories. I have sent my body into a starvation mode. It is holding onto every thing I eat. I have got bad about not eating breakfast. So decided to add that again. I know to eat. I have killed my metabolism with yo yo diets in the past. It takes eating and exercising. I know this I hate to count calories but to get myself back on tract I will need to. I am going to teach myself this year to eat healthy and maintain a deciet weight without dieting. I will always have to watch what I eat and exercise. I did this to myself by dieting all my life.
