Up a tiny bit yesterday, could have been worse! A lot worse!
I pigged out yesterday, a lot! I had lots of cravings all day, ate way too much lunch, and kept pigging out at home. Yesterday for lunch I had a club sandwich, fries, and half a grilled cheese. It is almost as if my lack of cheat day last week caught up with me, and I had to go for it. So, perhaps I will consider this next time.
I also had a dinner which I was trying to eat lighter, followed by chocolate and some more jelly-bean type candies. So, I am surprised by my tiny lil' .2 lbs, I am almost happy with it. Plus, after all that chowing down yesterday, I needed a nap! lol.
So, refocused today. Had my cereal snack, and a terriyaki chicken lunch. I feel totally stuffed right now, and I am glad. I remember back in the day eating that much food, and then wanting more. Now I cant even finish my plate, and I feel ill. Good times
