I did good today.. I think I ate healthier than I have so far.. I did eat about 1/3 of an apple.. But I think I need to start phase 2 anyway.. Even if it is a bit early.. My weight just isn't moving much and I think it is because I am eating too much fat and calories.. I am going to ramp up my exercise and add in a serving or 2 of whole grains and fruit. Hopefully that will help eliminate some of the calories.

B: 3 eggs, w/ spinach and green peppers

L: Leftover roast, creamed cauliflower w/drippings and onions.

S: a handful of almonds and just 1 spoon (kitchen tea spoon) of the mock peanut butter pie

D: big salad w/ romaine lettuce, green peppers, a small sprinkle of 2% cheddar and an healthy italian. 3 of the eggplant slices w/parm cheese, canola oil spray and spices, and about 1/3 of a gala apple.

E: 20 mins walk / run combo.. 35 crunches

I'd try to stick to veggies like red, yellow peppers, celery with tuna salad or p. butter for snacks, humus... the purpose of phase 1 is to really cleanse your body and rid the cravings. You can eat low cal on phase one... you can DO IT!!
