I'm starting to think I need to start measuring my dimensions as the scale isn't changing a lot. Yes, I have dropped 15 pounds since I re-started my journey on Sept 20th.(that doesn't count the weight fluctuations up and then back down, only total weight-loss number from original weigh-in) I don't feel like my scale is telling the full truth in my loss, as a matter of fact I know it isn't. I have to remind myself it only shows weight loss, it does not tell me if I am losing fat weight and gaining muscle weight from working out. My clothes on the other hand tell a different story than my scale. Wish FS had a measurement section so I could monitor my dimensions also, especially on days when I feel like nothing I am doing is making a difference!
