@ameliadewi defisit kalori aja sih sist.. Sma OCD... olahraga minimal skipping 500x klau pas longgar di tambahi workout 15-30mnit

tp makro nutrientsnya g d fikirin ya sis? misal mesti rendah karbo atau tinggi protein? ak jg lg ocd

@puteridinanti16 kalau saya sih gak sist... Trgantung mood aja mau mkn makan apa..gak trlalu target karbo hrs sgini, protein hrs sgini... Wlau pn OCd bbas mkan apa aja tp saya ttp gk mkan nasi sist.. Biasax saya gnti ubi rebus🙂

@sely39 semangat kaka....saya msih PR 2kg lgi.. Ini padahal per bln nya cuma saya target 3kg... Alhamdulillah d bonusin 2kg😄... Pdhal msih sering selingkuh ocdx..

@sashadimitri Jendela makan saya selang seling sist.. Misal hari ini 4jam bsok bisa 6jam min sminggu skli ambil yg 1jam...
