16 lbs on single-leg repeat step-ups (2x12) ---did NOT get goblet squats in
12 lb on shoulder during single leg calf raise 3x15
Moved up to 80 lb on outer thighs 3x15
120 lb inner thigh 3x 15
220 lb on leg press--4 sets/ 15--kinda tired on these -- is it because I started w/ step ups or is it low sleep? Nutrition is perfect.
Lunges @ the bar one set each side- no weight
Quadriped on bench- 1 ankle weight- moved up to 20 reps, 3 sets, ready to move up to cable & ankle attachment- no great burn anymore
Glute BHT work on floor 1 set each
Ran out of time to do abs today
