Hi everybody, I think I am finally back on track with everything now that I am home. I got an ipod for Christmas, so my boys and I played "guess what I am listening to?" I have disco on my ipod, so I danced hard even though the boys thought it was funny I had a great time and sweated at the same time. I have work to do on the diet part of my plan. I took too many chances with my food choices. I am going to go off the fat smash, eat sensibly, and exercise. I am going to journal more often as well. I kind of stayed away over the Holidays, because I wanted to eat what I wanted without anyone "talking me down from the ledge." What a big mistake that was. I can still wear my clothes which is a good sign I have not lost any muscle tone I have gained. I also found out my husband is deploying in July, which means a year of single parenthood and stress. My children are older, so I am lucky in that aspect. I will also have a better chance to change my health habits because I eat considerably less when he is gone. Oh well enough about that I will sign off now, so I can work out.
