Yeah, so I blew it yesterday, BIG TIME! In all honesty it wasn't as bad as I thought once I added in all my foods but just looking at what I ate didn't seem appetizing. I am not seeing a loss and, with the exception of yesterday, I have been within my calories. I guess that is the "A ha" moment I was waiting for where I notice it is not just how many calories I eat but also what I eat. I have skipped my salads and have been slacking on the water. GET BACK ON TRACK MELLIE!

Hey...I did the same! Instead of taking one serving of the pita chips out of the bag, I grabbed the bag and sat at my computer. Next thing I knew, the whole bag was gone! 8 servings!!! So I just made up my mind I won't grab the bag anymore. I know how bad I felt after, and that should motivate me to not do it again. You can do it, too, Mellie!
