:( well one of my friends died in a terrible accident on good friday.
Safe to say i.haven't eaten one healthy meal since. Been binging, and eating crap just cause i feel like i have an excse to. Its stupid, now i just feel sick and heavy.
I am soo confused about how i feel. This death is bringing my ex and i closer together. I just really want to be there for him. But not sure if he wants me to be there for him more or less. Soo confused about everything know idea how to respond to this situation.
Diet wise. I have 12 days before the big event i've been working towards. I REALLY want to be under 80kg by then. Which is achievable but only if i start being good again now and have a really good couple weeks. I defintaly dont want to be feeling sick from so much chocolate and gluggy like this. Need to get my shit together!
