okay, can you believe it??? i had the worst long weekend, ate way too much of everything i shouldn't have and no real damage :) its amazing!!! although i have been especially careful these last couple days, so i'll keep it up for the remainder of the week just to get myself back on track. My husband was trying to tell me that i don't need to be so careful b/c obviously it didn't hurt me, but the problem lies in my body starting to crave all that sugar and stuff. and for all i know i was down a little bit more than this, but b/c i hadn't weighed in for awhile, i don't know, and thats totally fine :) i'm happy with my results and i'll just keep pressing forward!
