I lost 2 pounds yesterday. Normally, that would be a good thing but I've been sick and haven't eaten much the last 2 days. I expect it to come back up quick. Tomorrow is Easter and I have a big family thing. My mother-in-law is already bugging me about eating tomorrow. People just don't understand that I'm eating while losing weight, it's just what I'm eating. I don't think it should be a big deal if I don't want to pig out on pasta, potatoes and sweets because it is Easter. I've worked hard to be where I am and it isn't a treat for me to pig out for one day...I only see it as hurting myself.
