:-) To quote Hannibal, from the A-Team TV Series, "I love it when a plan comes together"! LOL My week of working out, went just as I'd planned it, and even got better. Since I knew I was going to be off, all week long; I got in my weight lifting, and I'd planned on walking 5 days straight; alternating between walking two miles, on Mon., Wed., and Fri.; and only one mile, Tuesday and Thursday, to give my knees a break. Yesterday, the music, of Janet Jackson, got good to me, so I ended out stretching the one mile, into two miles; and since the indoor track was going to be closed today; I grabbed the dog, this morning, and we went on an hour and a half walk, up to the park and back. He was shocked, that we were going anywhere, and glad to get out, since he usually only sees the back yard, or the alley, when I take him out. It was good for me too. :-)The last time I had taken him up to the park, my knees were killing me by the time we got back. Due to weightloss, and regular walking, they are fine today! Hoo Yaa! :-) Have a great weekend, and a Happy Easter everyone! :-)
