I had a hard day today. I tried having an Atkins shake for breakfast for a change of pace. I was going to have 2 eggs w/the shake but I didn't have the eggs for a while and I got really hungry. Later I had some macadamia nuts for a snack and I stayed hungry much of the day. I don't know if I was hungry because the nuts set off a craving or because I didn't have enough food/protein. I did feel fuller after I drank 64 oz of water and ate a cup of salad. Tonight I felt hungry again after dinner. I tried to avoid diet drinks today but I gave into temptation when I ate out. I didn't exercise today either. I was over my carbs by 2. I'm anxious that I won't lose any weight this week. I don't remember if I checked my ketones today. And I'm constipated. Rough day.

I hate those rough days, but sounds like despite it being rough you hung in there that is the main thing.
I often don't have breakfast food at breakfast time, I will have dinner at breakfast. No rule right? I love eggs so I am lucky but sometimes I have them for supper.
I have breakfast at 5pm, I am a night worker so even thou my diet says breakfast it is dinner for most LOL
I love macadamia nuts but it seems to trigger hunger in me too. Not sure why just does.
So now I try to stick with protein for my snack. :)
