So yesterday's weight wasn't a fluke! Yay! Nearly made my macros, just slightly under on protein and over on fat. Not bad!
Back to work today.. nervous after 5 weeks off, especially after how I was treated last time.. but my boss isn't in today, so there will be no nasty surprises today!!
My cousin came back from America early and his wife is having a hysterectomy,so. Hopefully get cancer hasn't spread and we will know more after the op❤️❤️. She has 3 small boys who need her, so makes my issues insignificant!
Also today, I will face the carb fest that is our office kitchen, so fasting till after work seems a good move today, especially as it will be stressful.
