8:27am - Finished breakfast of 2 small multi-grain rolls with thin slices of ham and avocado. I had about 2 cups of coffee driving into work and I made it a little too strong. I had a headache but it went away after drinking some water. I'm relived that I didn't need to take ibuprofen...trying to back off the NSAIDS. I just took my multi-vitamin so I'm on a good start today. I reached my goal of getting under 150 lbs for the new year so the weight loss is moving along.

I'm working today and the only one in the office so I'm likely to get a little bored today. I'll keep finding things to do since boredom is one of my overeating triggers. I'm comfortably full now and I did bring in this delicious decaf green tea that has mint and vanilla flavor. My plan today is if I get bored and want to eat, I'll just have a cup of tea. Plain - no sugar but that's fine because the tea is already sweet from stevia and spices!
