I can't believe I'm letting the Scale ruin my life!
Just because it didn't budge after over a week of eating super healthy I've gone on a 3 day binge of eating crap again!
The doctor has already told me if I do not cut the sugar out I'm killing myself and yet I ate a king size PayDay tonight... and the kicker is it really wasn't that satisfying!
Fatty Liver disease is going to kick my butt if I don't get serious!

I have had the same problem at one time for 2 months,of not loosing a single oz.Now I'm ruled by a tape measure.I then decided to change up diet and go with a 16:8 diet, I then started to loose weight, but slowly avg 1-2 #s per week..Sometimes you have to make sacrifices to loose weight,it is not always what you eat,but how you eat, if you constantly are having insulin releasing in your body, you will not loose, no matter what you consume, try low glycemic foods and try intermittent fasting , you need to experiment with different ways of eating to something you can live with and still obtain your goals..And our journey goes on.

Thank You I will have to research some of your suggestions... I'm not sure what causes insulin to always be releasing

Insulin release is from the foods you eat. When you ingest foods they are Glycemic. It is really called a Gycemic Index or GI which releases the insulin in your body , there are many articles on You tube,,Look for Dr. Berg on insulin release. This explained it best for me, I have health issues, so his You tube helped me in my weight loss greatly...godd luck on your journey synyhiaann

Don't weigh. Eat the food you need to eat for Fatty Liver disease and go from there. Monitor you food intake, eat to feel GREAT.
