I haven't.....not sure if that sounds good or not. What have you heard? 

From what I understand, is it is a plate that already has your portions mapped out for you, or something like that. I know its not food, like I though at first. I'm guessing its like a tupperware dish that has the sections in it, and one will be for meat, and maybe 2 for veggies, and you can fill up the sections and that will be your portion. Its suppose to help so you dont have to weigh or measure your foods. No one has seen them yet, atleast not at my center in Tennessee. They are suppose to be selling them for $10 and coming out in the next month or so.  

Oh wow, I sure will by one of those, thank you for the update Brandi. 

Something like that would be so handy, i guess there will be no chance for someone like me over here in Australia that will be able to get one. 

Brandi, I saw the packaged plates in my center this morning. Basically if you have this plate there is no need to measure anymore. They actually looked pretty cool and I'm considering getting some. It would help so much with portion control and time as I hate measuring everything I eat. How are things going with you??
