The streak ended, but will go for it again. Last week there were those few splurges and I guess they out weighed the good that I did. I need to get moving again and I know that will help. Next week the big kids are on break with school, so I won't be able to start anything then, but the following week, I'd like to 3 days a week add some sort of movement - either get up 15 minutes early and do the fitness programs - or get the gazelle out again - or even walk now that the weather is turning nicer. Let's set a goal an try to make it - next week stay on program. The following week week of 3/15 - exercise Monday, Wednesday & Friday - any way you can. Maybe it means adding the walking in again at work. HMMMMMM....
