So don't know what happened, just really went off plan. I'm not going to make my fitness minutes goal this month. Last week I had a back injury for a few days. I was supposed to run Tuesday but it was raining so hard! By the time I got home I knew I wasn't going anywhere. I'll be so glad when our house is finished & I can get the treadmill out of storage - no more excuses then, haha! Plus I haven't tracked meals in several days. I really HATE tracking, it's like weight-lifting. I'll do it for a few weeks and then just drop it. Obviously I like cardio a lot better than either tracking or weight-lifting, but I know that cardio alone won't get the weight off - especially if I skip several days! Okay, time to shut up and TRACK! Supposed to run a 5K Saturday, hopefully we're done with the rain for awhile (fingers crossed!).
