2:00pm - Just finished lunch. I did a pretty intense vinyasa yoga session for an hour and then rushed back to work and ate at my desk. To get the most affordable yoga sessions in, this is what I have to do since the nearby yoga studios offer noon yoga at much more affordable prices. I do eat more slowly and still enjoy my food but it would be much better if I can enjoy without any distraction. If I can't do this every work day, then I can at least appreciate the times I can do it. I still feel great since I got my exercise done for the day and feel energized to continue through the afternoon.

For lunch, I had Thai brown rice with curried chicken and veggies. I had 1 deep fried chicken wing which made my stomach turn a little. It's time to avoid anything greasy...I just don't like the feeling and I'll have to remember this experience anytime I smell fried food.
