[okay, so today I have decided to take the first step in the direction I want to be. I need to lose 92 pounds to reach my goal. I am determined to do this to better my health and set examples for my family and friend. I know this will boost my confidence in myself along with my self esteem. This in turn will make life happier for me and for my family.
123.4 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 41.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Nice to meet you determined 10 and I appreciate the buddy request as I believe in surrounding myself with inspirational people. I have been recruited by my daughter and have recruited a few friends. The buddy system works very well to read how others are doing this and to help encourage and motivate! TOWANDA!!!
