Slipping a little bit. Didn't cook this morning then Lost a client and immediately had Popeyes. I did workout though. Just have to keep my calories low for dinner. Just so everyone knows I'm gearing up for a trip to Florida to see family for Thanksgiving and dreading it. I have gained about 45 lbs since last year and the goal was to lose. I am totally already dreading this trip. Don't know how to resolve the need to get out of going and also to see my family 😢
