Trying to keep the attitude i had in the begining is getting harder!! I try to stay positive, and keep going but sometimes i just want to say screw it!! I dont want dieting to be all i think about. Im not giving up, but sometimes I dont feel like im even making a dent in the amount of weight i need to lose! :(

Keep the faith! It stinks, but slow and steady is the way to go...just think about the fact that you are doing something about it and your health will thank you!

We all want to say screw it!! I am trying to think of this as a lifestyle change and not so much a diet. You are doing a great job. Keep up the great work. We can reach our goals some faster then others, but some day very soon, we will be where we want to be!

I totally understand how you are feeling. I am going through the same thing right now. If I think about losing 100 pounds it's just depressing. In the beginning I was just taking it in smaller chunks - 10 or 20 pounds at a time. I'm ready to sign up for the biggest loser just to have someone kick my butt and make me do it! :)
