So o did a longer fast, met ALL my macros, recorded accurately ( even weighing all the individual components of my stew) and had the most active day I've had in ages...
And I put on a pound 😌 Ho hum, at this rate I'll still have 20lbs to go on the 4th Nov. I'm now2 weeks post surgery. I won't lie, I am disappointed my weight's going in the opposite direction 🙄😞
So today o won't drink as much tea (with cream) to curb my appetite.. will drink more water instead....
