Well Ive done rather well so far with my lil diet I started yesterday. For the past 2 days, I have made myself 2 eggs, scrambled, with cheddar cheese (atkins diet recipe)....except today I added a little ham and mushroom. It was rather tasty and usually I never eat eggs...dont like them much.
I cut back on the soda....I havent had any which is really hard for me...Im a soda addict. So Ive been sticking with bottled water.
This seems like its getting so hard cause Im missing out on so many things and Im going krazie. I need to find ways to not think about the food Im missing out on...I know...its only the 2nd day but this is the first time Ive ever needed to be on one.
3 years ago I was 120 lbs....now....Im 190. I had a baby and everything went down hill from there.
