I can't believe I am back where I started at square one. At this time last year although I wasn't using this app I was down to the 180's. My kid is 22 and I never have gotten a grip on losing the baby weight for long. I am now 44 and have Osteoarthritis, Fibromyalgia and Denerative disc disease all of which I use as excuses to not exercise regularly. My husband 51yrs is around 5ft 7" and weighs 300 he has Diabetes and has developed breathing issues that is going to cost loads even with insurance he is on two high blood pressure pills too. Case in point we are both middle aged now time to do something all we can do is try again

Welcome..you can do this. I was almost the exact same weight as you are now in February, on meds for high blood pressure and cholesterol. With the support of FS I've come a long way and you can too. You've got this and your husband will hopefully join you in the journey to health if he sees you doing well. Congratulations on making the first step of acknowledgement and committing to do better.
