46 days to go 19.2 lbs to go 16.57 g carbs ( aiming for under 25) 111.36g fat (81-107) 82.43g protein ( 65-82) 1413 Cals (1119-1358)
So, up 0.2lbs Nearly met my macros Fasted for 18 hours After my 2nd meal I'm normally full My belly rumbled all evening Really craved biscuits and kettle chips ACV didn't help
So in the end I had tea ( with 10ml cream) And water When u was still hungry, I had some almonds So they put me 4g over on fat and 65 Cals over, but u managed to stay at 16.5 fir carbs 😁😁 And avoided biscuits and crisis😁😁 ( that should have said crisps lol, but defo also avoided a carb crisis)😂
Saw gp yesterday.. he was really impressed with the physio report from Friday
But be said my back is so swollen from my op because the EDS is inflammatory.. so I'm now signed off til next weds, but may need another week after that
I did agree that u can't even wear anything with a waistband yet.. and by back is still throbbing from when he examined me.. So I'm on the sofa with an ice pack. Also, he'll give me more steroids in my hip if I'm not appreciably improved in 2 weeks as it's really limiting my mobility and exercise
So, all in all a good day and I understand that the inflammation may increase my weight a bit, but still determined
Have a terrific Tuesday fs friends 😁😁
