45 min Lower body workout ( with push-ups/ tricep dips thrown in) in a fasted state this am, 25 min brisk walk @ 5 pm.

Great job - I hate the middle body workout stuff like situp, crunches, squats etc. I gotta find some new middle stuff to do.

Hi perks- the ab machine is a good place to get stronger there. In the past I have found that it takes patience and practice but once the midsection gets stronger and the body more flexible, it gets more enjoyable. Not so much in the beginning though. 😀
